Vision

Founded on the belief that communities already possess the wisdom to solve their deepest challenges, Community First was created to support and scale that wisdom. We’ve worked with over 143 organizations and trained 11,000+ individuals from all walks of life — movement veterans, youth leaders, system-involved families, and frontline nonprofits.

To build the power of communities by training leaders, shifting narratives, and developing tools that support justice, equity, and healing from the inside out.

We envision a world where organizing is not a hustle, but a calling — nourished by strategy, community, and imagination. A world where systems evolve with us, not against us.
